By using Seedance21.com ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Digital App LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States.

1. Service

Seedance21 is an AI-powered content generation platform (images, videos, audio). Content is generated through third-party AI models (Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, etc.).

2. Credits and Payment

Credits are purchased via Stripe. All payments are in US dollars (USD).
Credits never expire.
Credits are non-refundable, except in the case of a verified technical issue on our end.
Prices may change at any time. Previously purchased credits remain valid.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Generate illegal, hateful, or child exploitation content, or content that violates the rights of others
Attempt to circumvent the security or credit systems
Resell access to the service without authorization
Use the service in an automated manner (bots, scraping) without prior agreement

4. Generated Content

You are responsible for how you use the content you generate.
Generated content may be used for personal and commercial purposes.
Seedance21 claims no rights over the content you generate.
We do not store your creations. Once generated, they are your responsibility.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of continuous availability.
Third-party AI models may be modified, removed, or updated without notice.
In the event of a failed generation, credits are automatically refunded to your account.

6. Liability

Seedance21 is not liable for content generated by AI models.
Our liability is limited to the amount of credits purchased.
We are not affiliated with ByteDance, OpenAI, Google, Alibaba, or any of their subsidiaries.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The last updated date will be reflected at the top of this page.
